Veteran General Fish Market Incheon Yeonsu Branch is a sashimi restaurant on the 3rd floor of Yeonsu Plaza Plaza in Yeonsu-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. The order was a flounder, rockfish and mullet sashimi platter for two at 38,000 won, a mini raw shrimp plate of 10 at 25,000 won and seafood ramyeon at 6,500 won, which filled two people and arrived so fresh the sashimi still twitched on the plate. The plump raw shrimp with its spicy buldak-mayo-style sauce was the most memorable dish of the night.
