Jeonju pasta bar on Gaekri-dan-gil with raw-yolk carbonara: Adam
Adam is a small Western-style pasta bar and pub on Gaekri-dan-gil in Jeonju, directly across from Jeonju Pungnam Tourist Hotel. Diners ordered Korean pork belly steak, aglio e olio, tomato pasta and carbonara topped with a raw egg yolk; the aglio e olio was the favorite, while the tomato pasta ran salty for milder palates. Adam opens daily 17:00–23:00 except Tuesdays and suits a quiet date over pasta and a drink.
