Jumo is a bar in Yeon-dong, Jeju, serving a wide range of drinking snacks. I reserved ahead and ordered yukhoe, grilled blue crab, and makpuccino; the tender beef and unexpectedly good crab-and-drink pairing stood out. Verdict: a solid pick for drinks with proper snacks in a clean setting.

Jeju hanwoo restaurant for garlic galbisal: Dolgyeok Hanwoo

Dolgyeok Hanwoo is a hanwoo beef restaurant in Yeondong, Jeju. Three of us shared specialty cuts, maneung galbisal and brisket with beef seaweed soup; the grilled-garlic galbisal combination was the highlight. Verdict: a filling choice for a hanwoo craving on a Jeju trip.
