Junggye-dong seiro-mushi restaurant, lunch price at 4pm: Hana Shabu
Hana Shabu Shabu Junggye Main Branch is a shabu-shabu and seiro-mushi (cypress-box steamed beef and vegetables) restaurant in Junggye-dong, Nowon, Seoul. Wanting cooked vegetables right after an endoscopy, the writer went on a weekday at 4pm and still got lunch pricing on two seiro-mushi orders (brisket + sirloin, 140g, 23,000 won), where 12 minutes of steaming in the cypress box left the vegetables and Black Angus beef light and easy on the stomach. Hana Shabu Shabu is worth a trip for a healthy meal in Junggye-dong.
