Hurato Sikdang Isu Branch is a Japanese beef cutlet restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building on Sadang-ro 28-gil in Dongjak, Seoul, a short walk from Isu Station. Two servings of gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) were ordered and grilled one piece at a time on the mini charcoal grill set on the table, and the sirloin came out crisp outside with a red center that tasted nuttier with every bite. Hurato Sikdang Isu Branch suits anyone who wants every last piece eaten warm.

Hair too damaged to perm: keratin clinic at Gangnam hair salon Beorn

Beorn Hair Cheongdam is a hair salon on Seonneung-ro near Gangnam-gu Office Station in Seoul, where designer Ko Do-hee performed an inner keratin clinic treatment. The hair had been turned away for a perm two months earlier because of damage and cut into a bob, so the session ran about 1 hour 20 minutes, from detox shampoo through to strengthening the protective coating, with three intensive sessions three weeks apart recommended. One treatment at Beorn Hair Cheongdam did not fully restore the hair, but the stiffness at the ends softened noticeably.
