Hapjeong bar for potato pancake and injeolmi bingsu: Bako Jumak

Bako Jumak is a Korean bar in an alley off Dokmak-ro 7-gil, between Hapjeong and Sangsu stations in Mapo, Seoul, and it stays open until 4am. On a second-round visit after dinner, Bako Jumak served a whole shredded potato pancake, truffle jjapaghetti, Saero omija soju and injeolmi red bean bingsu for 8,000 won. With its jumak (old-style tavern) interior and a long list of drinking snacks, Bako Jumak works as a late second stop where nobody rushes you out.
