Grilled steak poke bowl on brown rice, Daehak-ro solo lunch: Sallering
Sallering Daehak-ro is a poke and salad restaurant on the first floor of the Rolling Pasta building on Daehak-ro, near Hyehwa Station in Jongno, Seoul. Before an afternoon play, the writer ordered the grilled steak bibim poke on a brown rice base with sweet soy sauce plus a red cleanse juice, and the steak was still steaming when it arrived. Between kiosk ordering, a self-serve bar and single-seat tables, Sallering Daehak-ro makes a solo lunch before a Daehak-ro show feel completely easy.
