Shirokuma is a Japanese sushi restaurant in the Beomeo housing district of Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan, Gyeongnam. Its lunch special, served 11:30–14:30, pairs a premium 12-piece sushi set for 22,000 won with a free mini soba (buckwheat noodles) chosen over udon, and the thick-cut sashimi, Koshihikari rice and eggplant sushi were the highlights. A receipt draw after the meal even landed 4th prize — two pieces of salmon sushi — making Shirokuma a lunch worth repeating.
