Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean BBQ and grill restaurant in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin, Seoul, near Jayang Market. On an early Sunday evening the family grilled three beef cuts — chuck flap, flat iron and boneless short rib — over a charcoal brazier first, then the staff swapped in an iron-lid griddle and grilled the pork belly at the table, before a finish of cold mul-naengmyeon and kimchi noodle soup. The pork belly beat the beef by a wide margin, so next visit will be pork belly first.
