Gwanghwamun sushi dinner with warm noodles: Elephant Sushi B set
Elephant Sushi Gwanghwamun is a Japanese sushi restaurant on the basement floor of KT Tower in Jongno, Seoul, directly connected to Exit 2 of Gwanghwamun Station. On a Saturday at 7:30pm, two Elephant B sets at 28,000 won each arrived with 12 pieces of nigiri and a bowl of warm banquet-style noodles for autumn. The shiso-topped hamachi and the swordfish with cheese sauce were the standouts at Elephant Sushi, while only the soy-marinated shrimp tasted a little too salty.
