Chive-packed sundae soup lunch in Michuhol, Incheon: Suraok Sundaeguk
Suraok Sundaeguk Juan Station Branch is a sundaeguk (Korean blood sausage soup) restaurant on the first floor right in front of the north side of Juan Station in Michuhol, Incheon. A regular who eats sundaeguk once a week ordered the standard bowl for lunch, piled it with chives, and found the doenjang-based broth well seasoned enough that the pair nearly emptied it. The verdict: Suraok Sundaeguk is worth returning to for a generous bowl with no gamey smell.
