First-night family black pork dinner in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju: Boncham

Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi (제주본참숯불갈비) is a black pork and charcoal galbi restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, near Jeju Airport, that locals go to. On a tiring first day after a delayed flight, the writer's family ordered raw galbi at 20,000 won and pork belly at 22,000 won, added naengmyeon (cold noodles) at 8,000 won, and the staff grilled the pork belly for them. The raw galbi at Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi was the most tender the writer has had, making it a solid first-day or last-day meal near the airport.
