Black pork galbi kim-ssam trick and cold noodles: Jeju Samchun
Jeju Samchun is a Jeju black pork restaurant just 3 minutes on foot from Hamdeok Beach. Two adults and a child ordered the jokaseteu (neck and pork belly, 500g, ₩60,000) with an extra 200g of gabrisal and a bowl of cold noodles, while a staff member grilled everything start to finish and shared a tip for wrapping the meat in seaweed with salted pollock roe. After a typhoon ruined swimming plans, this relaxed sit-down dinner turned out to be a real win.
