Dolgyeok Hanwoo is a charcoal-grilled Korean beef restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju. I tried special cuts of hanwoo, galbisal, garlic galbisal, cubed black-pork neck, and spicy jjajang Chapagetti. Verdict: a polished, high-quality meal for treating an important guest.
