Yangyang BBQ for marinated pork galbi and kimchi jjigae: Yeoyejeong
Yeoyejeong is a Korean barbecue restaurant on Ssangsolbaegi-gil in Seomyeon, Yangyang, Gangwon, serving salt-aged fresh meat and marinated pork galbi grilled over coffee-wood bijangtan charcoal. On a family trip, the kids grilled and ate the marinated pork ribs, the charcoal burned steadily with little spitting, and the meal ended with kimchi jjigae and a full bowl of rice.
