Black food breakfast powder in cold water: Garu Seonsaeng Heukseon
Garu Seonsaeng Heukseon (Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Seoritae Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Seoritae) is a Korean meal-replacement grain powder made with 100% domestic black soybeans such as seoritae and yakkong, plus black rice, black sesame, brewer's yeast, almonds and green tea. Three heaping spoons in 200ml of water became a quick breakfast on the way to work, and Garu Seonsaeng Heukseon dissolved without clumps even in cold water or cold milk, tasting much nuttier with milk.
