Five-jang platter at Deodo Gejang, a seafood restaurant in Yangsan
Deodo Gejang is a crab jang (marinated crab) restaurant near Tongdosa IC in Yangsan, Gyeongnam. On a weekday at 2pm the writer came with her mom and ordered the assorted jang set for two with nutrition pot rice, and the soy crab, spicy crab, abalone jang, octopus jang and shrimp jang were all mild rather than salty, so the pair finished every side dish too. With a wide parking lot, group seating and a waiting area, Deodo Gejang works just as well for company dinners or family gatherings.
