Late-lunch kalguksu near Gimhae Lotte Outlet: Seosan Dongjuk
Seosan Dongjuk Kalguksu is a clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant in Yulha, Jangyu, a 10-minute drive from Gimhae Lotte Outlet. After shopping at the outlet, the writer had a late lunch of two servings of dongjuk kalguksu (clam noodle soup), an ohaknae seafood pancake and a glass of makgeolli, adding plenty of chili from the self-serve bar. The clean, savory broth from live clams rather than seasoning was good enough that the writer plans to return to Seosan Dongjuk Kalguksu.
