Corkage-free Deokcheon bar in Busan: fried chicken neck at Jansang

Jansang is a Korean-style bar (hanshik jujeom) behind Youth Street on Deokcheon 2-gil in Buk-gu, Busan. Two of us ordered fried chicken neck (dak-moksal-twigim, 17,000 won), cream cheese dried persimmon (14,000 won) and a pomegranate highball, and the fried chicken neck arrived with three dipping sauces and a chewy bite closer to old-school sweet and sour pork than fried chicken. Corkage-free and dog-friendly, Jansang is worth remembering when you want a Deokcheon bar with some atmosphere.
