Solo dining at Sushi Hwa, a flame-seared sushi restaurant in Gimhae
Sushi Hwa is a flame-seared sushi restaurant on Bongridan-gil in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, and a Gimhae city-designated safe restaurant. Arriving alone as the first dinner guest after a lecture, the writer ordered Sushi Hwa's flame-seared sushi set with buckwheat soba as the side, and it arrived with salmon, shrimp, beef, scallop and egg sushi torched to order, plus a yuzu-sauce cabbage salad and a blueberry dessert. Tablet ordering and payment made solo dining easy, and the soba was the best the writer has had in a long time.
