Busan Korean restaurant, scorched-rice tea finish: Songjeongok
Songjeongok Songjeong Main Branch is a Korean set-menu restaurant in a two-story tiled-roof hanok on Songjeonggwangeogol-ro in Haeundae, Busan. The abalone pot rice set costs 19,000 won per person and includes bossam (steamed pork wraps), soy-marinated crab and green onion kimchi as side dishes, a pot rice packed with abalone innards, and sungnyung (scorched-rice tea) to finish. The nutty abalone innards and egg made the pot rice creamy, and that was the most memorable part of the meal.
