Yangsan sushi restaurant with an all-cooked 12-piece set: Shirokuma
Shirokuma is a sushi restaurant tucked into an alley off Hwahap 4-gil in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan, known for a cooked sushi set made entirely of cooked pieces. Over lunch with a friend, the order was the 12-piece cooked sushi set at 22,000 won plus à la carte garlic shrimp, soy-marinated shrimp and vinegared shrimp, with two mini soba to finish. Because nothing on the set is raw, Shirokuma works well as a lunch stop near the Pusan National University Yangsan campus for anyone wary of raw fish.
