Busan trip dinner at a Marine City Chinese restaurant: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is an ocean-view Chinese restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, on the second floor above Subyeon Choego Pork Gukbap. On an evening stop during a Busan trip, the meal was suran ganjajang (black bean noodles with a poached egg, 8,000 won) and a small black vinegar tenderloin tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork, 28,000 won), eaten at a regular table because every window seat was already reserved. The jjajang tasted light and the tangsuyuk stayed crisp to the last piece without any greasiness, so the only regret at Bueokgan Chinese is not booking a window seat.
