Uldong Bossam is a Korean restaurant on Gyeongsanggamyeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, with counter seats and single-person menus. I shared a small bossam serving of hangjeongsal and samgyeopsal with one other person and ordered potato pancake; the freshly ground sesame-soy sauce and crisp cheese topping stood out.
