Yukhwang is a hanwoo gopchang (beef intestine) hot pot and Korean restaurant on the first floor of Hanla One&One Tower A, next to Gasan Digital Complex Station in Geumcheon, Seoul. The writer ordered the medium gopchang jeongol, which came with 1++ hanwoo intestines full of gop, a broth with no gamey smell, knife-cut noodle sari included as standard and broth refills, plus an extra bowl of rice. Between the clean dining room and the deeply spicy broth, Yukhwang is worth a return trip.
