Post-run dinner at a Yeoksam Chinese restaurant: Jjamppong Jijon
Jjamppong Jijon Yeoksam Branch is a Chinese restaurant a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Yeoksam Station in Gangnam, Seoul. After a run along Yangjaecheon Stream, the writer and her partner shared jjajangmyeon (noodles in black bean sauce), the signature Daepyo Jijon jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup, 13,000 won) and glutinous sweet and sour pork, then fetched rice from the self-serve bar and spooned it into the spicy broth. With free rice, side dishes, coffee and yulmucha (Job's tears tea), Jjamppong Jijon Yeoksam Branch makes a filling post-workout dinner.
