On a Saturday evening with hometown friends, the group ordered the sashimi and 6-skewer set (₩49,500) plus 3 extra skewers and potato butter; the engawa (flounder fin) and tuna belly melted in the mouth, and the asparagus pork belly skewer was a standout. On a Sunday morning the blogger took home mulhoe (cold raw fish soup, 15,000 won), engawa (flatfish fin) sushi (15,000 won) and raw salmon sushi (10,000 won), then wrapped the mulhoe in perilla leaves bought at the market. The mulhoe broth was generous enough to nearly overflow and the fish was thick.
