Samgyeopsal restaurant in Osong, Cheongju: Risan combo platter
Risan is a black pork samgyeopsal (grilled pork belly) restaurant on the first floor of Paragon 3 in Osong, Cheongju. A couple came for a weekend dinner and grilled the Risan combo (₩50,900) and the black pork special samgyeopsal (₩14,900) on a stone plate, with complimentary doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and steamed egg on the side. The meat at Risan was good enough that the couple ordered one more portion of samgyeopsal.
