Mapo restaurant for wagyu-style gyukatsu with pumpkin pot rice: Gyudo
Premium Gyukatsu Gyudo Mapo Gongdeok Main Branch is a gyukatsu restaurant in the Hanwha Obelisk underground arcade near Mapo Station, Seoul. The writer ordered the gyukatsu set for two, grilling wood-smoked sirloin gyukatsu on a custom brassware personal brazier, alternating wild garlic wasabi and Maldon salt, then finishing with pumpkin pot rice made with Sindongjin rice poured over with bonito broth as ochazuke. It felt less like a single plate of gyukatsu and more like a full course meal.
