Dongjak bar fireworks afterparty: raw shrimp sashimi at Susan Sadang
Susan Sadang Main Branch is an izakaya near Sadang Station in Dongjak, Seoul, serving seasonal raw shrimp sashimi and aged sashimi. After watching the Seoul World Fireworks Festival, the writer stopped in for a full plate of raw shrimp sashimi, ankimo maki, and whale sake, plus a welcome sake on the house. One plate of shrimp sashimi and one maki roll turned out to be just enough for two.
