What is the texture of HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm like?

This is a 100ml solid balm product in a black case. I used the included spatula to scoop out as much as I needed. At first it looked like a firm balm, but as I massaged it onto my skin, it melted with my body heat and turned into an oil-like texture.

Did it remove glitter eyeshadow in one go?

I prepared a glitter eyeshadow that I usually find difficult to remove in one go to check its cleansing power. After scooping out the balm, gently rubbing it in, and rinsing with water, the eyeshadow I tested came off cleanly.

How did my skin feel after cleansing?

I worried that strong cleansing power might leave my skin dry, but when I used it, my skin still felt moisturized after washing. Rather than cleansing in several steps, I found the balm-to-oil feel comfortable to use.

How did I use it?

• I scooped out an appropriate amount of balm with the spatula.
• I applied it to the area to cleanse and massaged it in gently.
• Once the balm had melted into an oil-like texture, I rinsed it off with water.
