Refine Euljiro Myeongdong is a Korean fusion bar in Jongno, Seoul, with full-height views of Cheonggyecheon Stream. From a window seat, we ordered grilled blood sausage, yukhoe bibimbap, and Refine16; the grilled blood sausage was the standout. Verdict: a lovely choice for a drink after a Cheonggyecheon walk.
