Sitting at a nearly full mint-walled table on the second floor on a Sunday at 1pm, the writer ordered cauliflower potato soup, a focaccia sandwich, Baut coffee, and an iced Americano. The thick, hearty soup paired with the salami focaccia sealed it — Baut is now a regular reservation spot.
