Visiting on a Sunday at 8pm, the writer found the place fully packed after 9pm and waiting for a table by 10-11pm, drinking Budweiser and an alcohol-free blue lemon ade while playing drinking games. Came alone, ended up talking with everyone — a second visit to Woo Woo that stayed just as fun as the first.
