Halal Steaks is a halal street-food platter restaurant near Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul. I tried small and regular combo platters, shrimp rings, and Snapple Mango with a friend; even the small platter was filling. Verdict: add the crispy shrimp rings to your platter.
