Sangsu bar with retractable roof and chili's cheese: Kkoko Land
Kkoko Land is an outdoor-style bar (야장) between Sangsu Station and Hongdae in Mapo, Seoul, famous for a second-floor open-air hall whose folding awning roof opens completely. Four friends ate signature charcoal-grilled chicken neck, direct-fire chicken barbecue, and chili's cheese with four draft beers for a total of ₩95,000. The charcoal flavor was the real deal, not just flashy interiors, and it's a Hongdae outdoor bar worth returning to on a clear night with the roof open.
