Hana Shabu Shabu Junggye Main Branch is a Japanese-style shabu-shabu restaurant on the first floor of Brownstone Junggye in Junggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. The weekday-lunch-only shabu-shabu course came with a pre-meal salad, 150g of black Angus sirloin and brisket, vegetables and mushrooms, a rice dish and udon noodles, plus a tadaki performance in which staff torch-sear the beef in front of you. Counter seats make Hana Shabu Shabu easy for two people sitting side by side, and the Brownstone basement lot gives 2 hours of free parking.
