How did it remove makeup?

I applied the balm over lip tint swatched on my wrist and massaged it a few times. In my view, the tint came off in a short time, and the balm felt as though it melted softly as I massaged it in.

For face makeup, I gently massaged it with my palms before rinsing with lukewarm water. I rubbed more carefully around my nose, where blackheads are a concern, and wrote that my skin felt refreshed while seeming to retain moisture after cleansing.

What were the texture and directions like?

A spatula was secured inside the lid, with an additional clear protective seal. The balm was firm enough to scoop with the spatula, but it melted quickly when massaged onto my skin.

At first, I scooped out a large amount, but later felt that a smaller amount was enough. After the first massage, I added water and emulsified it thoroughly, then finished by rinsing several times.

How did it feel on dry, sensitive skin?

Because winter dryness had been making my makeup look patchy, I felt that my skin texture seemed smoother and more moisturized after use. My skin tends to be sensitive, and unsuitable cleansing balms can sometimes make it red, but I wrote that I did not feel irritation, tightness, or discomfort when using this product.

This is my personal experience; skin condition and how a product feels can vary from person to person.
