Salering Gyodae Direct Store is a poke and salad restaurant at 15 Seochodae-ro 56-gil, near Gyodae Station in Seocho, Seoul. The base comes as rice, vegetables or pasta, so the Real Salmon Bibim Poke was ordered all-vegetable with gochujang mayo dressing, while the Smoked Duck Poke was eaten with rice. Even the vegetable-only bowl was filling, and phone stands plus pre-payment make Salering an easy solo lunch.
