Ansan butcher shop: raw beef tartare and hanwoo for pension BBQ

The writer bought the signature yukhoe (raw beef tartare, ₩9,900) and hanwoo cow flower sirloin to take to a pension barbecue, and even though the beef was only grade 2, it wasn't tough at all, while the yukhoe was well-seasoned and perfect as a drinking snack. Single-portion packaging and good prices make it a place worth revisiting.
