Hapjeong shabu-shabu restaurant with a sujebi add-on: Nahonsha
Nahonsha is a solo shabu-shabu restaurant in an alley off Dokmak-ro near Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul. Each person orders their own pot — clear broth or spicy broth at 14,900 won — and Nahonsha's basic set of beef and mixed vegetables can be topped up with sujebi (hand-torn dough) sari, then finished with kalguksu noodles and self-serve porridge. With an induction burner at every seat, Nahonsha suits both solo diners and two people who want completely different broths.
