Gopchang restaurant in Gangseo, Seoul: Pujim Gopchang half platter
Pujim Gopchang Magoknaru Branch is a gopchang restaurant about a five-minute walk from Magoknaru Station Exit 2 in Gangseo, Seoul. We ordered the 600g half platter for two, which came with a mini gopchang hot pot, and enjoyed comparing the textures of the different cuts. The tender, savory gopchang and daechang stood out to me.
