Pohang ocean-view restaurant pasta comparison: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view restaurant on the fourth floor of a building on Huimang-daero in Nam-gu, Pohang. I tried two pastas and a chicken salad: I liked the beef tomato spaghetti’s sauce and pasta texture, while the soupy shrimp spaghetti was too mild and lightly seasoned for me. The sea-facing seats were already reserved, so book ahead if the view matters to you.
