One & Only Hair Gwacheon Government Complex Station is a basement hair salon two minutes on foot from Government Complex Gwacheon Station. I had a lightly layered cut to keep weight while growing my hair, along with scalp scaling and a pack treatment. I liked the natural face-framing lines and quiet, partitioned seats.
