Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin: HEEDA Charcoal Balm
In short
HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm I tried on dehydrated oily skin for two to three days. It felt moisturizing while removing makeup, and my tired-looking skin texture seemed a little smoother, though this was only my personal short-term impression.

During the seasonal transition, my skin felt dry and my makeup started to cake, and I became more conscious of the bumpy texture that stood out whenever I was tired. While looking for ways to care for my skin texture, I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm.

What were the packaging and application method like?

It came in a round container with contrasting black and white colors, and it was comfortable to hold in one hand. When I opened the lid, there was a spatula and an inner protective cover, so I could use it without scooping out the product with my fingers.

How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I scooped out an appropriate amount of the charcoal-colored balm and used it on my face as if massaging it in. For me, it felt moisturizing as it removed my makeup, and after cleansing, it tended to leave moisture rather than a tight feeling.

How did my skin texture feel after two to three days?

Over the two to three days of use, the bumpy feeling that tended to stand out when I was tired seemed to settle down a little, and my skin texture felt smoother than before. However, this is my personal impression from a short period of use.

Where can you buy it?

I was told that it can be purchased by searching for “sebum cleansing balm” on Coupang.
