A Sunday visit at 6pm meant a wait for a table, and the mountain-pile clam buckwheat kalguksu for three did arrive piled with clams as the banner promises, though the broth tasted more of dried pollack than clam alongside hand-shaped buckwheat noodles and dadaegi chili paste.
