Jongno sushi for four with 1,000-won seaweed maki: Choe Uyeong
Choe Uyeong Sushiya Jongno Branch is a budget-friendly sushi restaurant on basement level 1 of Pimatgol, 235m from exit 1 of Jongak Station in Jongno, Seoul. A group of four arriving at 6:30pm waited for a group table, then ordered mixed sushi at 13,000 won, special sushi at 19,000 won and mixed sashimi at 40,000 won, adding a 1,000-won sheet of seaweed to wrap the pieces into maki. With soju and beer at 4,000 won and corkage at 3,000 won, Choe Uyeong Sushiya is an easy spot for sushi and a drink.
