Gwangjin ramen: kombu vinegar abura soba and leftover rice, Mentsuru
Mentsuru Children's Grand Park Branch is a ramen restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Children's Grand Park Station Exit 4. The order here was tori paitan ramen with cheongyang chili added, hormone-don (grilled beef intestine rice bowl) and abura soba (brothless noodles), with kombu vinegar poured over the abura soba and the leftover rice from the hormone-don stirred into the remaining sauce.
