Gimhae Chinese restaurant lunch course B with gochu japchae: Dongbaek
Dongbaek is a course-style Chinese restaurant on Gaya-ro in Dongsang-dong, Gimhae. Arriving around 12:40pm on a weekend, the writer waited 30 minutes and then shared the Lunch Special Course B — the one that includes gochu japchae (stir-fried peppers and pork) — with her mom, from cold appetizers and abalone porridge through yusanseul, fresh sirloin tangsuyuk, yurin-gi and gochu japchae to one jjajangmyeon, one jjamppong and pineapple for dessert. The yusanseul and the fresh sirloin tangsuyuk alone made the wait at Dongbaek make sense.
