Sintongyeong Agu Suyuk.Tang is a monkfish restaurant in Suyeong, Busan, where diners can change monkfish suyuk to spicy jjim for ₩10,000. I went with my mom for generous side dishes, tender fish, and a satisfyingly filling two-course dinner. Verdict: a great dinner when you want both dishes.
